To strengthen civil society in response to today’s societal challenges, we are broadening the scope of one of our focus areas. Sport for Development is now Wellbeing and Community – to better address the need for increased social cohesion and both mental and physical wellbeing.
The Swedish Postcode Lottery Foundation works to strengthen civil society by enabling projects that make a real difference. Our focus areas help us direct support where it can have the greatest impact.
With the expanded focus area Wellbeing and Community, we aim to meet the growing need for social cohesion and improved mental and physical health. This area includes projects that promote health, create inclusive meeting places, and use sports as a force for social change. We also welcome initiatives that build trust, strengthen community, and develop innovative solutions to today’s health challenges.
