Most rural health facilities in Zambia and Malawi operate without access to electricity. As the COVID-19 pandemic hit both countries, it became clear that access to solar products is essential.
In this project, SolarAid aims to reduce the spread of Covid-19 by providing solar light and basic power to rural clinics and providing health advice to vulnerable clinics.
The project is supported with 1 000 000 SEK

Skapa tillgång till belysning inom sjukvården genom att distribuera soldrivna belysningssystem, utrusta lokala hälsoarbetare med soldrivna produkter för att kunna besöka avlägsna områden på landsbygden, och nå ut ti Il personer på landsbygden med viktig hälsoinformation om Covid-19 för att minska smittspridningen.
