Goodsport

Sport has the potential to prevent social exclusion by creating a platform where people can meet and share ideas and experiences. In recent years Goodsport Foundation has established Night Football in order to create such spaces for youth living in socio-economically vulnerable areas.

In this project, Goodsport will expand Night Football to additional cities throughout Sweden and will also focus on developing their mentorship program ’Mentorkedjan’ (Chain of Mentors), as well as their training program ’Schysst man’ (Nice Man). As part of the ’Chain of Mentors’ program, Night Football leaders will be offered skills development programs as well as being matched with mentors from the private and public sectors. ’Nice Man’ aims to challenge destructive norms that limit young boys and redefine masculinity.

Utökning av Nattfotboll, matchning av mentorskapspar, arrangera utbildningar om maskulinitet.

I utsatta och segregerade områden är det särskilt viktigt med insatser för att motverka att barn och unga hamnar i utanförskap, kriminalitet och ohälsa.
