Fa’ael is a program of work which aims to build the capacity of cultural managers and activists working in difficult conditions and targeting communities in crisis, with a focus on the Arab region, Iraq and Sudan.
This program has two main components: a training workshop for cultural managers working in communities in crisis across the Arab region, and an in-depth project support program of these projects.
The project is supported with 2 247 688 SEK.
Detta kommer att hända i projektet
Projektet är en utveckling av ett befintligt utbildningsprogram i regionen. Nu ska dessa deltagare vidareutbildas och lära sig nå ut till ännu fler människor. Nätverket ska också stärkas, både i befintliga länder och i nya.
Därför fick projektet stöd
Genom stärkta kulturarbetare och fler kulturprojekt i utsatta områden i regionen så bidrar projektet till minskad ojämlikhet vad gäller tillgång till kultur.
