Studies of the world’s largest film industries show that less than third of all dialogue heard in films are spoken by women. According to the same study, the women working behind the camera are even fewer. Something the organization WIFT wants to change!
The fact that the global film industry is unequal does not only affect the industry itself, but also shapes the audience’s view of the world. In this project, the organization WIFT wants to support and highlight the good examples available to emphasize the possibility of another story.
